Instant Pot Meatballs
Ingredients
Meatballs
- 3/4 lb mild or sweet Italian sausage
- 2 lb ground beef
- 3 eggs beaten
- 3/4 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- Sea salt
Other Ingredients
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 jars pasta sauce

Instructions
Make the meatballs
- Let meat sit out for 20 minutes so it's not so cold.
- Mix the meat together with your hands. Add eggs, then dry ingredients, then Parmesan.
- Form into regular or mini meatballs.
- Pour beef broth into Instant Pot and add your trivet.
- Layer meatballs on top of the trivet and stack on each other. Do not pass the max fill line.
- Cook on high pressure for 7 minutes, then natural release for at least 10 minutes and remove meatballs to a plate. If making ahead, transfer to covered dish and refrigerate.
Make the sauce
- Heat oil in the Instant Pot or a skillet.
- Add meatballs to the pot and cook until they are slightly brown.
- Add pasta sauce and cook on low until heated.
