Let meat sit out for 20 minutes so it's not so cold.
Mix the meat together with your hands. Add eggs, then dry ingredients, then Parmesan.
Form into regular or mini meatballs.
Pour beef broth into Instant Pot and add your trivet.
Layer meatballs on top of the trivet and stack on each other. Do not pass the max fill line.
Cook on high pressure for 7 minutes, then natural release for at least 10 minutes and remove meatballs to a plate. If making ahead, transfer to covered dish and refrigerate.
