Put dry rub with pork in a gallon bag and shake until well coated.
Turn on sauté mode and heat oil.
Once hot, add a couple pieces of pork to the pot. Do not crowd the pot. Let sit/sear for 2 minutes on each side, then turn and repeat for each side. Remove to a plate and repeat with remaining pork.
Add a little broth and deglaze with a wooden spoon.
Add remaining broth, Worcestershire sauce and liquid smoke, then the pork. Cancel sauté mode.
Pressure cook on high for 60 minutes, then let pressure release naturally for at least 20 minutes.
Shred and serve with BBQ sauce and buns.
